About the NCAC: The North Country Artists' Guild was established in 1949. This organization served the North Country by
providing promotional opportunities to fine artists. In 2009 our mission was expanded and name changed to The North
Country Arts Council to reflect our hope of encompassing all arts.

Our Vision for the Future of the North Country Arts Council:  The North Country Arts Council is a non-profit organization
dedicated to developing and promoting the arts in northern New York. We represent all areas of the arts - music, theatre,
dance, literary arts, visual arts, and crafts. Our vision for the future is that residents of the North Country will be able to
look to NCAC as a clearing house of opportunities for artists, get information about upcoming classes, and learn more
about the programs we offer.
