Pop-Up Art Market

The North Country Arts Council is holding a Pop-Up Art Market in the Park at Public Square from 10am to 2pm on July 24, 2021.

This is a juried art and art-oriented show and all works sold must be created by you and not something you have purchased to sell.  There will be no exceptions as this is not a craft fair.


Because this is a small park spaces are limited and applications will be accepted and spaces assigned on a first come first serve basis.

10 x 10 foot spaces with at least 6 feet between each space will be provided for a fee of $30 per space.

All participants will handle their own sales and must have a NYS Sales Tax Certificate.

Applications will be accepted no later than July 10. 2021 (deadline extended).

Application and at least three photos of your work can be sent here and payment can be made online.

You can also mail your application and a check to North Country Arts Council, 95 Public Square Ste. 201, Watertown, NY 13601 but must send the three photos via email.

Once your application, fees and images are received you will receive an email of acceptance and will be updated with any additional information as it becomes available.

If for any reason you cannot participate, no fees will be refunded after July 1, 20121.
