The North Country Arts Council is holding a Pop-Up Art Market at the Veterans Memorial River Walk on Black River Parkway, Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 11am to 5pm.
This is a juried art and art-oriented show and all works sold must be created by you and not something you have purchased to sell.
